We only serve people who are aged 18+ We will refuse sale to anyone we believe to be underage or cannot provide ID if asked.
Our order statuses work out as follows
Backorder = We have stocks but require materials to finish manufacturing and are delayed slightly, you can contact us to find a specific date but usually awaiting delivery ourselves.
Out of stock = Wait until next harvests for resupplies.
In stock = We have everything ready to make that item and ship it to you.
On hold – You have placed an order and we are awaiting payment, upon payment your order goes to processing
Processing – We are making your order and preparing / maufacturing all goods from fresh
Completed – We have posted your parcel, and expect delivery.
