RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing THCBD Farms UK. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible. If, for any reason, you find yourself less than fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please take a moment to review our comprehensive return policy below, we want to stress our services are unregulated and therefore you purchase at your own risk, we can assure you that if you place an order for a product that product will be shipped as described to you with the very infusion you choose.

RETURNS

All returns / Lost parcels must be communicated to us within (31) days of the original purchase date, any issues regarding delivery, the contents, or anything must be raised within the 31 days from ordering, If you contact us after this date then there is nothing we can do to assist you with your order, if you fail to contact us due to issues, whos problem is that when most orders are with you within 24 hours of ordering?

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, kindly contact our dedicated customer service team at support@thcbdfarms.uk describing your issues, we may question you ask questions about the product itself and if we accept your return we will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you’ve acquired your RMA number, please securely package the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address our customer services provide, if you return the parcel to the address on the parcel then you will not receive a refund due to it not arriving back into our organisation the return address on our parcels is not in our control.

Starting from March 1st, 2023, we are pleased to cover the return postage fee for recorded delivery, provided you furnish us with proof of postage. This fee will be reimbursed upon the processing of your order refund.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving your returned item and assessing its condition, we will promptly process your return. Please allow a minimum of seven (7) days from the date of receipt for your return to be processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Rest assured, we will notify you via email once your return has been successfully processed and we usually get things done within 2 days of delivery.

EXCEPTIONS

Please note that the following items are exempt from our return policy:

1.All items because you are unhappy with the product, or unsatisfied.
1a.For defective or damaged products, please contact us using the information below to arrange for a refund or exchange please note, melted chocolates do not apply.

2.Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and are ineligible for returns.

UNDELIVERED PARCELS

We take the utmost care to ensure the delivery of your parcels. Here’s what you need to know: Upon placing an order and completing payment, you may receive a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched. We exclusively use tracked shipping methods, and even if tracking information isn’t directly provided to you, rest assured that we maintain records for the 31 days we accept returns for the order to ensure proof of our obligations with order shipping.

If you do not receive any delivery attempts within 12 royal mail working days of our postage date, contact us and we will initiate a second attempt to send a replacement parcel and the 31 days resets, containing the contents of your original order, free of charge. In this case, we consider the first ordered and posted item as potentially seized or lost in transit.

If you receive both the original and replacement parcels, you are entitled to keep both without any additional payment. Our contractual obligations will then be fulfilled and royal mail cover the expenses of the inital lost parcel and its contents.

If delivery attempts are made but you miss them multiple times, we cannot be held responsible. We expect customers to make necessary arrangements when expecting a parcel containing our products giving the nature of the products in question.

If the parcel is returned to the sender, it is considered received. Please note that our return address is not under our control and is displayed on the parcels delivered to you simply to adhere to royal mails postage requirements,This includes delivery attempts due to missed deliveries, it is also considered received. In such cases, no additional parcels will be sent, and you will need to repurchase the products.

In the rare event that a replacement parcel is also seized after posting, we will issue a full refund for the original order value. Please understand that this indicates issues in your particular area, a situation we have seldom encountered in over 5 years of operations and often find that it is an isolated incident however all refunds will be provided.

  1. Tracked and Signed-For Parcels:

    • All parcels that are shipped with a tracked and signed-for service are fully covered under our refund policy. In the event that your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, you are eligible for a refund or replacement, subject to our refund policy terms.
  2. Non-Tracked and Non-Signed-For Parcels:

    • Parcels shipped without tracking or signature services are not covered by our refund policy. Once these parcels leave our facility, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit.
  3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time Frames:

    • Please note that the shipping method you select does not guarantee delivery within a specific time frame. The delivery time frame provided is an estimate and not a guarantee. It indicates the shipping method we will use for your parcel, not the exact time of delivery. We strive to ship your order as promptly as possible, but unforeseen delays can occur.

Royal mail special and recorded first class if ordered between monday and thursday 12pm should arrive next day with special being delivered before 1pm and recorded first class anywhere upto 8pm.

Special delivery has insurance for your parcels contents for upto £2,500
Recorded first class has insurance for your parcels contents for upto £50

All orders over £250 will automatially be sent special delivery.

Update: Carts

We do not replaced broken or damaged cartridges unless you are attempting to use it and nothing is coming out.

Our carts are tampered glass and metal, they arrive to us securely individually bubblewraped and in cardboard slots, when we fill them, they are never dropped or anything, they go from their bubblewrap to be filled then into their plastic tubes into a box taped to a bar of chocolate, rest assured any faults of damage are not due to THCBD Farms UK or the postal services we use.



If your cart does not work, we will send you a 1ml syrynge a syrynge tip and a empty cart to refill the damaged one for £10 and you can refill the cart into a new one to use, this also covers postage costs.

If you have ordered a battery from us and it breaks within a year it is available to be returned and replaced, we have all receipts but require the full battery kit back to return to sender, when you post this to us we cover your postage costs.
