In no way shape or form should our website state that we are capable of processing any order within a 24 hour time period… the terms and conditions you agree too says 30 days or 14 days. Simply put we have to much custom, we are available to the general public of the UK…
We do aim to process and ship all orders within a 2 day period unless product specifically states such as 3rd party assistance and we are always on track of that.

Effective from APRIL 2025 we require people to use their billing address as shipping address.
ROYAL MAIL API TAKE DETAILS OF BILLING ADDRESS ONLY,we are looking to adjust but its not practical right now.
By allowing royal mail to automate our shipping information it saves us almost three hours daily enabling more processing and quicker turn around of order processing. Prior to that I hade to open every order singularly and take all details, copy it into word, style it and print it then chop them all up, it was infuriating now, once we process an order from on hold your shipping weight for your orders calculated, the correct postage weight and such is also took and its printed and I do absolutely nothing to do it other than change an orders status.
THose who receive their orders to there billing address where they have had an alternative shipping address are responsible for this and we will not be liable for issues, if you have a billing address i recommend you ask that person to ship it onto you.

Yes. Our products are sent out in sealed postage boxes, that hide the contents so your purchase is kept private. Our recyclable postage boxes are used in conjunction with heat-sealed food-grade biodegradable packaging or reusable mylar bags before being wrapped in a postage bag ensuring that your parcel will arrive discretly and on time.
Food-based items ordered by 9am are posted the same day as manufacturing (Even 11:59am) otherwise will be made the next day – a majority of our goods require preparation cooking and chilling times before being able to be dispatched and enjoyed the way we describe in our products.
All other items, if they are available on the store then we have stock and aim to have orders processed the same day, however we do usually have large volumes of orders, if stocks require ordering then it may be delayed by 2-3 days while we await deliveries.
If a product goes on back order after you have ordered and your order remains processing, we have ran out of supplies, please contact us to arrange a refund alternaitvely we offer free jellies with all delays who have to wait if they choose too.
Yes, however we dont have the time to list every single country in our postage options when we expect 0 sales from outside of the UK (Ireland being the exception)
We use royal mail international to track and signed based on postage weights. place your order and we will be in touch to verify postage costs. All post is inline with our postage cut off times (See above)
If a country has restrictions as such as liquids or otherwise please check before contacting us, it is not our responsibility to check that postage to international countries is allowed.
