Remote Customer Services

You will be responsible for delivering all customer services to customers where and when required using professionalism at all times, you will be relaying important information to management and add any required information to business calendars, You will be using methods to promote content on our pages, and increase THCBD Farms UK presence online.
Full training on all our systems will be provided and a free Laptop to use already set up for access will be available.
Pay: £12.50 per hour for first 6 months then £20.00 per hour afterwards
Hours: Mon – Thur 10am – 2pm
Pay rate: Weekly
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer experiece is essential.
A highly professional manner is essential.
Knowledge on what THCBD Farms UK aims to achieve and our product ranges as such that any and all customer queries regarding cannabis can be answered.

Production Operative
We operate a clean room envrionment in where you will be manufacturing all products for customer orders inline with company policies and procedures that are meticulously set up.
We have a open plan room where in 3/4 of it is food based manufacturing in a well stocked well used but very clean and organised kitchen area the other 1/4 of it, that is slightly tucked away we do all our other manufacturing.
You will be responsible for producing all products as per customer requests fresh as each order comes in, You will be responsible for a wide number of food health and safety and food hygine requirements including inventory and stock management and cleaning duties.
Pay: £20.00 per hour for first 6 months then £30.00 per hour afterwards
Hours: Mon – Fri 10am – 2pm
Pay rate: Weekly
Requirements:
– 2 Years experiences in baking and manufacturing of products.
– Food hygine level 3 or higher.
